You bought a book on www.amazon.co.uk but you didn’t get the one you ordered. Write a formal email complaining about the situation (100 words)

Dear Ms Hugh:

I ordered the book ‘Teo Desayuna’ on 25/1/12 (ref. number 23678111) and I paid it straightaway/immediately/then by credit card.
Unfortunately, on 2/2/12 I did not received the book I ordered, but a different one instead – ‘The Mains Roads of Britain’, which is not what I wanted.
As a consequence, I am emailing to ask for a replacement/an exchange, so that I can have the book ‘Teo Desayuna’. However, I do not know what to do next and I would be very happy if I received more information about how do the replacement.
